Trunk or Treat

Well, It was raining this year for "trunk-or-treat" at church so we had to move things inside! Jacob was VERY busy collecting candy this year so I had a hard time getting his picture! Also, He had a halloween party at school that day as well, and he was pretty well wiped out before we even started!

School Pictures - Fall 2013

We really LOVE Jacob and Morgan's school! We get a "daily sheet" everyday that tells us how their day went, when they slept, ate, what they learned, etc.... We are continuously amazed by how much Jacob is learning, and how well he is doing (You would never know this little guy was a preemie!) I caught him yesterday singing his ABCs... He sang the ENTIRE SONG! Anyway, the school had picture day a few weeks ago, and I was surprised at how well the little photographer did... Getting these two to look at the camera is quite challenging! 

October ALREADY!!!

Well, I am LOVING being unemployed and spending my weekends with my babies and church family! Jacob is getting SO big, and learning SO much at school. He surprises me nearly everyday with something new he has learned. He is really starting to talk in sentences with some of his favorite phrases being, " I got it," "I do it," "I help you." His recognition of colors, numbers, letter, animals, and body parts is really pretty amazing!

Morgan 3 Months

Wow!! The time is flying so quickly! I cannot believe it has been three months! Morgan has decided it's time to get movin'! She decided to roll over from her tummy to her back yesterday! She LOVES her tummy time, and was NOT a happy girl when she realized she was stuck on her back! Morgan is getting so BIG (I wish I had a baby scale to weigh her, but I am sure she must be getting close to 12 pounds or more! She is wearing 3 month clothes pretty solid and even some 3-6 months things! (I am afraid some of the Christmas things I have for her are going to be too small! :( She is becoming VERY interactive and LOVES to smile and coo at Big Brother Jacob! She is still having trouble with the torticollis (head tilt), and we are working on that pretty intensely! She is seeing the physical therapist twice a week and the chiropractor once a week! She also had her eyes checked last week but they were perfect! The doctors believe the head tilt, slightly smaller left eye, and the reflux are all some how related (something about that muscle that is shortened)! Despite the reflux, (she is still on the Zantac 2x/day) she is great sleeper and is sleeping almost 10 hours every night!! She is not a great napper, but hey... Her hair is holding and is starting to grow longer especially in the back! Love this sweet baby girl!
